Introduction
Hello!
I’m ERIKA, a trainer at Gran Gym 😊
This time, I’d like to share, from a female trainer’s perspective, the kinds of things men do that unexpectedly make me think, “That’s attractive,” as well as the body parts women naturally tend to notice.
When I work with male clients, I notice more than just their posture and physical changes during training.
Sometimes, it’s a small action or the way they think that makes me feel, “That’s really nice.”
Of course, attractiveness is not determined by facial features alone.
The way someone behaves, their cleanliness, their attitude toward improving themselves, their posture, and their overall presence all come together to create their appeal.
So today, I’ll share 3 things men do that make ERIKA’s heart skip a beat, along with 3 body parts women tend to notice naturally. ✨
Attractive Action No.1: Being Naturally Considerate
The first thing I find attractive is a man who can naturally show consideration for others.
It doesn’t have to be anything dramatic.
Small things are enough.
For example:
- Putting equipment back neatly after using it
- Being aware of other people during training
- Naturally saying “thank you” when someone does something for him
These kinds of actions leave a strong impression from a woman’s perspective.
Men who are considerate tend to give off a thoughtful impression not only during training, but in everyday life as well.
There’s something very attractive about someone who has enough composure to notice the people around him instead of focusing only on himself.
Especially for men in their 30s and beyond, I think calmness and composure become increasingly attractive qualities.
Of course, having a trained body looks great.
But when that is combined with natural consideration for others, a man becomes even more attractive.
Attractive Action No.2: Listening to Advice and Actually Applying It
As a trainer, one thing that makes me really happy is when a man listens openly to advice and actually tries it.
When I give feedback about form, posture, or nutrition and someone says,
“I see. I’ll try that.”
and genuinely applies it, those clients also tend to see results more quickly.
Of course, no one needs to be perfect from the beginning.
In fact, it’s completely normal not to understand everything at first.
But being willing to try what you’ve been told, asking questions when you don’t understand something, and gradually improving—that attitude is very attractive.
Strength training is not just about lifting heavy weights.
Proper form and learning how to activate the target muscles are important.
That’s why people who are open to correcting their technique usually find it easier to change their bodies as well.
From a woman’s perspective, a man who can make an honest effort is very attractive.
When someone isn’t overly prideful but still genuinely wants to improve himself, it naturally makes you want to support him. 😊
Attractive Action No.3: Staying Consistent and Gradually Transforming His Body
The thing that probably makes my heart skip the most is seeing someone stay consistent and gradually transform his body.
Even someone who wasn’t good at exercise at first may start coming every week, improve his form little by little, lift heavier weights, and gradually change his posture and body shape.
Seeing that transformation is genuinely attractive.
When a man changes physically, his overall presence often changes too.
His posture improves.
His expression becomes brighter.
He gains confidence.
Through consistent training, it can feel as though he is changing from the inside as well as the outside.
I especially admire men who continue without giving up halfway.
They make time despite being busy.
They do what they can even when they’re tired.
They keep going even when results don’t appear immediately.
Those small efforts eventually show in both their bodies and their overall presence.
From a woman’s perspective, a man who can continue working toward something is very attractive.
Sometimes, quietly putting in the work looks far cooler than making a big show of it. ✨
Body Part No.1 Women Notice: Back
Now let’s talk about the body parts women naturally tend to notice.
The first is the back.
A man with a well-trained back can look extremely attractive from behind.
When he’s wearing a T-shirt, a suit, or simply walking, thickness through the back creates a stronger and more dependable impression.
The back is difficult to see on yourself, but other people see it all the time.
If the back is rounded and posture is hunched, a man may look tired or lacking in confidence.
On the other hand, when the back is trained and posture is naturally upright, it creates a masculine impression.
Recommended exercises for the back include lat pulldowns and rowing movements.
However, the back is one of the harder areas for beginners to activate properly.
If you pull mainly with your arms or tense your shoulders too much, your arms may get tired before your back works effectively.
Proper form and shoulder blade movement are important for really targeting the back.
When your back changes, the way your clothes fit changes too.
From a woman’s perspective, it’s definitely one of the most noticeable areas.
Body Part No.2 Women Notice: Shoulders
The next area is the shoulders.
Men with well-shaped shoulders tend to look great in T-shirts and suits.
Natural shoulder width creates a cleaner upper-body silhouette.
Especially in a T-shirt, a little shape around the sleeves can make the body look more masculine.
However, bigger is not always better.
What matters is having naturally balanced shoulders.
Even if you train your shoulders, poor posture and rounded shoulders can still negatively affect your overall appearance.
Recommended exercises include lateral raises and shoulder presses.
Lateral raises help build the sides of the shoulders and are great for creating natural width.
Shoulder presses stimulate the shoulder area more broadly.
When the shoulders become more balanced, the entire upper-body impression changes.
From a woman’s perspective, strong-looking shoulders can create a sense of reliability and cleanliness.
Body Part No.3 Women Notice: Arms
The last area is the arms.
Arms are naturally very visible from a woman’s perspective.
The arms showing from T-shirt sleeves.
Forearms revealed when sleeves are rolled up.
The subtle lines of muscle visible during everyday movements.
These details naturally catch the eye.
Your arms do not need to be huge.
But when they are reasonably lean and have visible muscle definition, they can create a masculine impression.
Forearms in particular are highly visible in everyday situations.
When wearing a watch, carrying something, or rolling up sleeves, they naturally become noticeable.
Exercises such as arm curls and triceps movements can help train the arms, but back and chest exercises also involve the arms.
For beginners, rather than training only the arms, I recommend developing the entire upper body in a balanced way.
When the back, shoulders, chest, and arms all improve together, the way you look in clothes changes significantly.
Attractiveness Shows in Both Behavior and the Body
From a woman’s perspective, attractiveness is not determined by the body alone.
A man can have a lot of muscle, but if he behaves carelessly or shows no consideration for others, his appeal may not come across.
On the other hand, even if someone is still in the middle of transforming his body, a man who works honestly, stays consistent, and naturally considers others can be incredibly attractive.
Both behavior and the body shape how someone is perceived.
Training the body can build confidence and improve posture and expression.
Acting thoughtfully can make that person even more attractive.
When these two elements come together, a man’s overall presence can change dramatically.
What ERIKA Thinks Makes a Man Truly Attractive
To me, an attractive man does not need to be perfect.
Someone who naturally considers others.
Someone who listens openly to advice and gradually puts it into practice.
Someone who keeps going even when results do not appear immediately.
And someone whose daily effort slowly begins to show in his back, shoulders, and arms.
Men like this look attractive not only physically, but through their overall presence.
Even in your 30s and 40s, your body can change.
You do not need to be naturally athletic.
You do not need to follow a perfect diet from the beginning.
Start by paying attention to your own body.
Keep going little by little.
That alone can begin to change the impression you give.
Conclusion
Here are the 3 things men do that made Trainer ERIKA’s heart skip a beat:
- Being naturally considerate
- Listening to advice and actually applying it
- Staying consistent and gradually transforming their body
And here are the 3 body parts women naturally tend to notice:
- Back
- Shoulders
- Arms
Attractiveness is not determined only by facial features or muscle mass.
Daily behavior, the way you approach body transformation, posture, cleanliness, and the ability to stay consistent all come together to create your own unique appeal.
